Summer 2023
This summer I focused on classes at community college to be able to take more advanced classes at Umich and research to learn more about computer science and related fields.
This summer I did a lot of classes to get transfer credit at Michigan. Specifically, I took Differential Equations, Discrete Math, Multivariable Calculus, Physics - Electricity and Magnetism, and Statistics. One of the main goals for the summer was to finish up the engineering core. The three remaining classes for that were multivariable calculus, differential equations, and physics. Because I finished up these three classes, I now only have major requirements left for graduation. The discrete math and statistics classes were for the computer science core classes. The discrete math class was also a prerequisite for my Data Structures and Algorithms class and the stats class was a prerequisite to my Intro to Machine Learning class.
I also worked on my research project in the research internship I was continuing. I made significant progress on the work and am moving closer to completing the project. You can read more about that project here.
