Fall 2022

Fall 2022 was my first semester at the University and I had a lot of fun getting to know campus and trying out new things. I took four classes this semester:

Computational Linear Algebra:  In this class, we dove in depth into linear algebra with a focus on how to code different applications. Specifically we used Julia to code different linear algebra algorithms.

Introduction to Algorithms and Programming: In this class, we learned C++ and coded different applications on robots. We got to use the M-bot Omni for our projects which is a wheeled robot capable of driving in any direction at any moment. Our final project for this class was to have the robot drive following a path in a maze.

Introductory Physics - Mechanics: This was just your standard introduction to physics class. I enjoyed this class a lot, even though lecture was mandatory and at 8 in the morning twice a week.

Emperors of Rome: Having taken Latin for 5 years, I was excited to dive deeper into the history of Rome. This also fulfilled my humanities requirement (my final humanities requirement) so it was a perfect fit for me. I learned a lot about the different dynasties of Rome.
